I believe in the power of people, individually and collectively, to create meaningful change. I believe that people and organizations have untapped potential and possibility for good. I believe that people and institutions can thrive under the right conditions.
The foundation for this growth and change starts with trust. Trust is the necessary precursor for all healthy relationships. Trust can be built or destroyed based on our individual and collective actions. For trust to take root, we need spaces that respect individual differences, that allow for grace, failure and forgiveness, and that foster joy, laughter and creativity.
When these elements are present, individuals and teams can thrive for there is room for people to be authentic and vulnerable. This gives individuals the ability to connect with their purpose, to create shared meaning, to strive for wholeness and connection, and to ignite their potential, individually and collectively.
